"Great Wall" is the seventh chapter of the World Heritage series by RIN & THE CONTINUUM. Stretching across rugged mountains and disappearing beyond the horizon, the Great Wall becomes the setting for a high-speed modern jazz piano trio driven by breathtaking virtuosity, shifting meters, and relentless momentum.

The music launches forward from the very first moment. Rin Todo fires off rapid piano lines, Luca Moretti responds with fast melodic counterpoint on upright bass, and Malik Johnson creates an explosive rhythmic drive on drums. The meter constantly shifts between 7/8, 5/8, and 4/4, yet the sensation of speed never disappears.

Piano, bass, and drums collide and reconnect as if the three musicians were racing together along the wall across steep mountain ridges. In the final section, the rhythmic complexity intensifies even further, with rapid unison passages and fearless improvisation pushing the trio toward an overwhelming climax.
