GENEMA will release its 1st single "21.0 SEIKI" in December 2024.

GENEMA is a band formed by Ryotaro Terada, a pianist, composer, and film director.
The band started with the interesting concept of having various artists from all over the world participate in the band, and has attracted a lot of attention.

The concept of this song, for which Ryotaro Terada wrote all the lyrics&song, was inspired by Harry Styles' "Late night talking," Ryuichi Sakamoto's "Riot in Lagos," and Austin Peralta's "Untitled Original in D." Terada had the idea of combining these three songs into one song and sublimating them into a single piece of music, which he did for a year.
The music features GENEMA's signature sun-heated sound, unforgettable melodies, raw beats and bass, and catchy lyrics that make you want to scream along with "kiss!"
It is truly music for a new era.

The music video for the song will be released on GENEMA's YouTube channel on the day of its distribution release.
The scene in which he plays drums on the beach and drives a convertible on the highway in the middle of the night while playing the piano is just cool and overwhelming.

Furthermore, there is a possibility that a superb pop version of this work will eventually be released with Harry Styles singing, Thundercat and others playing bass, and Flying Lotus as a trackmaker, so it is highly recommended to check out the original version while it is still fresh in your mind. Highly recommended.
