A discussion tonight. The town hall is full
Tourism: for it, or against? The air is electric, the question is real
"The industry develops the whole region's pride!
Jobs increase, the goods are sold, the customers come!
A clerk smiles, a price is fair, arms open wide —
Our hometown is loved by millions. Don't be numb!"
"But the streets are polluted, the traffic jams don't end
The environment cries, the old walls are destroyed
Crime and concern increase around the bend
Therefore I say: our silence is destroyed, our mornings void."
Due to the crowds, the value rises and falls
"Possible!" "Not possible!" — the points fly against the walls
For and against, against and for —
The town is argued, the town is adored
Words are power. Words are light —
A real discussion is how a town is restored
Mina stood up. "May I review one thing?
Both sides said 'our town.' Did you hear it too?
You agree on the deepest string:
This place is loved — by both of you."
For and against, against and for —
The town is argued, the town is adored
Words are power. Words are light —
And a door was opened where there was a wall before
The hall goes quiet. The two sides attract
Tomorrow they'll clean the same street. That's a fact

Sentanbun - Movement 2: Words Will Fly

WORD WORLD (Uta-tan) Disc 2 "Grade 8"
An album where every word and grammar point from the junior-high English textbook becomes a lyric. Built around Japan's NEW HORIZON 2 curriculum, with cross-reference tables for other major textbooks on every track page.
All 12 songs continue the story from Disc 1: Kai, his companion Bird, and Mina leave the English-only world behind and set out for a city where many languages are spoken at once. Grade-8 grammar - past tense, past progressive, through to the passive voice - unfolds naturally through their journey.
Track 13, "Sentanbun (Movement 2)," is a bonus track that packs all 485 words of the second-year vocabulary list into a single six-minute song. Across all three grades, the trilogy covers Japan's full 1,486-word junior-high vocabulary in about 19 minutes total.
