An autumn night, and a hill running downtown.

She gets to the meeting place twenty minutes early, checks her watch three times, and her toes still won't stay put.
She can't wait for the light to change, and she takes the stairs two at a time. Her heart has already started running,
and she is the one chasing it. That feeling at the very beginning of falling for someone, when you can't stop even if
you wanted to, is what this song is.

This time I changed the sound a little. It's built the way synth-pop was in the mid-'80s: a driving synth riff,
drum-machine beats and handclaps. There's no intro. The chorus starts on the very first beat. A song about not being
able to stop shouldn't keep you waiting at the door.

The verses feel slow, and then the chorus takes off. The tempo never actually changes, it only feels that way. I think
that's how time moves when you're falling in love.

In the last chorus, the key lifts a half step and "it won't stop" turns into "I won't stop it." It isn't that it won't
stop for her. It's that she won't stop it. That's the one line I'd like you to listen for.
