こんな感じでこのバンドは立ち上げられたんだ…。
私は当時、自分と女性ボーカルの2人のユニットを作る為
仙台市の楽器屋数箇所でメンバー募集の
貼り紙をお願いして回って一通り回り終えすぐ
「ベースは募集していますか?」というメールが来たけど
それが地獄の始まりだったけれど…。
それからすぐに「るうな」と名乗る
女性ギタリストからもメールが来て
僕は早速お会いしたけど話が中々嚙み合わず
そこに僕は疑問感じながらもスタジオ入りするかを
彼女に聞いたら2箇所提示して
「直感的に答えて」と言って来た…。
彼女はかなり地雷女 思わず踏んで地雷ONな(どがーん!)
「安い方にして」と言ったらるうなが突然声を荒らげた
仕方なくA、Bの内、Aを選び、心の中でこう想った
この子も佐藤も地雷だし、鈴木は佐藤の金魚の糞だった…。
俺はベースを弾くからよ、こいつはドラム叩くからさ
佐藤はベースで鈴木はドラムだそうで、最初の態度見て
「そんなお前らに引くからよ、お前らを陰で叩くからな!」
と言いたくなる位に酷いバンドだったなあ～…。
彼等は今、何をしてんだろう?
今想えば、るうなが僕と会った後に、佐藤と鈴木に会っていた
そこで2人にるうなが根回ししてたのかな?、って勘繰った
それからすぐに女性ボーカルとピアノが弾ける女性が来て
晴れてバンドが結成して、
僕がリーダーに抜擢されたけど…。だけど彼らは
リーダーなんだから曲作って! リーダーなんだから奢ってよ!
リーダーだからスタジオ予約してライブをブッキングしてよ!
リーダーなんだからノルマ払って! 勿論ロイヤリティーとかは
人数分で割るから、お前は楽器下手だからこれらをやれ!
その分良いパフォーマンスをする為に
俺はベースを弾くからよ、こいつはドラム叩くからさ
マリはピアノ弾いて、ミカは歌い、るうなはギターを弾くからよ
お前はマネジメントやれよ、でないと皆で叩くからな、お前を!
それが嫌なら売れる曲書き、音楽で食えるようにしろよ!
あるイベントでロックバンドのイベントに6バンドが参加して
「6番目」と評価され、佐藤がこう言ったよ
「お前は6人も居るこのバンドでは、6番目に大事だ!」と…。
ロックバンドって何だっけ?、こんな想いをする為に
バンド立ち上げた訳じゃないんだけれどなあ…。
そういう事が数度あって僕はこのグループを抜ける事を伝えたら
るうなが「おめえが作ったバンドだろ?、
辞めても良いけどマネジメントは続けて貰うぞ、
あたしらが音楽で生活出来るようになるまでは!」と言ったら
佐藤も「そうだぞ、るうなの言う通りだ!」と怒鳴って来た…。
俺はベースを弾くからよ、お前はそれ以外をやれな!
そんな事ばかり言うからベーシストで検索して出て来た記事を見て
ベーシストは引くからよ、被害者が陰で叩くからなあ…。
バンドマンってこんな人ばっかりなの?
俺はベースを弾くからよ、こいつはドラム叩くからさ
「どうしても辞めると言うならお前の曲の著作権よこせ、
そしたらあたしらは身を引くからよ、でないと皆で叩くからな!
そしたらお前、この辺では音楽活動出来なくなるぞ!
ちなみにあたしの仲間はやばい人達ばっかりだぞ!」
あれから半年後位に、かつてのメンバーマリちゃんに
偶然会ってその後どうなったか聞いたら「僕の役割を
皆で押し付け合っちゃって空中分解しちゃった」と…。
彼等はきっと又同じ事を繰り返す
せめて新たな犠牲者が出ないようにせめて神様に祈ろう…。
