Solfeggio frequencies are considered to have special power. In this video, four bowls are simply sounded, centering on a special crystal singing bowl with a 285 Hz resonance.
Crystal singing bowls are healing instruments made from crystals. Unlike digitally controlled instruments or aluminum tuning forks (tuning forks), crystal singing bowls have the characteristics (shortcomings) of "not knowing what the pitch will be until it is completed" and "not being able to fine-tune (tune) the pitch after completion," such as 285 Hz (It is completely "luck" because it is not possible to manufacture a crystal bowl with a specific frequency).
This performance was done live by me (Magali Luhan) using crystal singing bowls with a mallet. I hope you will surrender your body and mind to the true 1/f fluctuation that only a live instrument can reproduce, which cannot be realized digitally, and to the deep resonance of an instrument made from crystal, which cannot be realized digitally.
