This phrase holds a variety of poetic nuances - evoking themes of fate, passion, parting, determination, and the irreversibility of time.
By going beyond simple genre mixing and crafting prompts with deeper insight into the sound itself, I aim to create music that strikes straight to the heart.
This is my statement of intent, embodied in the title Point of No Return.

My name is Seiji Lakefield, and I am an independent music creator. I compose music based on my own original poems and portraits. What I value most is the feeling and the groove that emerge the moment the music is heard. For me, and I hope listeners can enjoy the music on a purely sensory level. Drawing from influences such as UK rock, jazz, grunge, AOR, house, R&B, and K-pop, I reinterpret the portrait of youth through the sound of who I am today. To the freshness of youth, I layer the quiet depth that only time can bring. If even a small part of the world within these songs resonates with you, it would mean more to me than words can express.
