Singer/rapper mezz is set to release her new single "LAVISH," a track born out of studio sessions with local beatmakers during her visit to Los Angeles last year.

"LAVISH" was produced with Taydex, a producer known for his work on CHANMINA's "FORGIVE ME" and MFS's "SAICO". Rooted in hip-hop and R&B, Taydex's production is characterized by its flexibility beyond genre and borders, as well as a session-driven approach that draws out each artist's individuality.

Over Taydex's beat, mezz delivers her most fluid and three-dimensional vocal performance to date, moving freely between rapping and singing. The track captures both the tension and openness unique to an in-person LA session, translating that atmosphere directly into sound.

The song also features contributions from AO beats, a producer with a classical background who is highly regarded for his work in vocal production and sound design. His involvement further refines the track's texture and enhances the nuances of mezz's vocals, adding depth to the overall production.

Shaped by her experience creating music in Los Angeles, "LAVISH" presents an updated snapshot of mezz's artistic direction and stands as a clear marker of her next phase.
