Ross Moody will release their new single "Lovely Days" on Friday, April 17.

Since restarting activities in February, the sibling unit Ross Moody has been drawing attention with a rapid pace of releases. Their latest track, "Running Down The Hallway" has been featured on numerous playlists, including Spotify's official "Monday Spin" and was also highlighted in HOLIDAY! RECORDS' "Horireco Newcomer Pickup," further strengthening their presence as a band.

In contrast to their previous release, which showcased sharp, cutting rap, this new track features an acoustic guitar sound and a laid-back atmosphere, with Komamuta's gentle vocals carrying a melodic R&B tune. Its warm, comforting world-like a relaxing holiday afternoon-makes it perfect listening for a calm, sunny spring day.

The track is characterized by delicate drumming, while subtle influences from dance music can be heard throughout, creating a unique style that quietly evolves alongside the vocals.

"Lovely Days" was co-written by Kobamuta and Keita Kobayashi, with lyrics by Kobamuta. Kobamuta created the melody based on a guitar loop, and Keita Kobayashi completed the arrangement by adding drums and guitar. The recording took place in Kobamuta's bedroom, with Keita Kobayashi handling mixing and mastering.

Regarding the lyrics, Kobamuta commented: "I wrote this song with the image of people who are overwhelmed by the noise of society and struggling through life, finding small moments of rest within their daily routines."
