Starting with dramatic and characteristic lyrics from Lil taro boy, "Don't become someone wonderful," the song's title, "SUBARA," reflects this sentiment. The sound is psychedelic yet soulful, with influences spanning across genres, while the lyrics are honest and unique. Evoking reflections of light bouncing off a mirror ball on the dance floor, the current track encapsulates that vibe. The music video, shot in club in Tokyo, promises to amplify this atmosphere, set to be released on the same day as the EP's digital distribution. This unparalleled worldview within the Japanese rap scene is truly a must-see.
